Information regarding delivery
My Lovely Thing ships everywhere in France and on an international scale.
Parcels are usually shipped within 48h after your payment is received.
Standard shipments include, depending on the weight and the destination, followed letter and Colissimo offer (in a pick-up point or at home).
Estimated shipping time is between 48 to 72h within metropolitan France. For other countries, shipping time may vary between 72h to 3 weeks, depending on the geographical area.
Whatever shipment method you choose, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will enable you to track your parcel's delivery online. Shipping costs include the wrapping, warehouse and postal charges. They can include a fix amount and a variable amount depending on the cost and weight of your order.
We advise you to gather your purchases within one order. As we cannot gather two distinct orders and you will have to pay for shipping costs for every one of them.
A special care is given to parcels containing fragile products. Parcels are oversized and protected.

Free delivery
Shipping costs are free for over 75 € orders (excluding tax and shipping costs).
*From 200 € (excluding tax) for professionals.
Click & Collect
We provide you with a free of charge Click and Collect service. You can choose to collect freely your parcels directly at our workshop (during your purchase, when selecting the delivery mode).
Parcels can be picked up at the following address: 20 Avenue Arthur Verdier 17000 LA ROCHELLE, during our opening hours, by making an appointment through the contact form.
Our opening hours: from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm.
Returns for size-related issues
We all make mistakes!
If you have chosen the wrong size, you have 14 days, after receiving your order, to send us back the article, at your expense (in perfect condition and in its orginal packaging).

After sending back the article, please send us an email with the reference of your order and the desired new size to the following address: sav@mylovelything.com
When we receive your article, we will send you an email confirming its receipt and provide you with a tracking link for the shipping of your new parcel.
